Pinto on Yamaha R1 carbs
Thought I'd give these babies a whirl on Sunday, hopefully the jetting will be close (but not optimised) the Carbs are off a 1999-2000 Yamaha R1, the manifold is homebrew and the Jetting is Dr Donkey D.
Lets hope they work on Sunday

Looking good ..... sounds sweet enough .... Danny kirkman #40 tried these a few seasons ago...he's built a new stocker for warton which has yet to debut this season and is sticking with the bike carbs , and hasn't one of the THB team got something similar....Necessity is the mother of Invention here's hoping it works well..... ps are you running a fuel regulator?

Re: Pinto on Yamaha R1 carbs
I ran the kawsaki powered stocker on a total loss pipe with an ordiary facet fuel pump and later on a red top one...but you must have a fuel cut off very close to hand... I couldn't belive how much fuel was returned to the tank....!
