I lived in harwood most of my life but the ford place has only been there 12 months.....

&& i wouldnt put it down to that much racing experiance, aslong as the cars well set-up with a decent engine .. as Mr bentham proved, anyone can win, never drove the car in his life before, and goes ahead and wins the 1st race, some acchivement in my eyes

but yea, keep thinking u can win, and just go mental, ull be fine, thats what i did, also talking to shaun twist, he said consistancy is the key, witch is what sam twist had through his points champion seasons, and what i had at the beggining of my season when i won shirley memory

I'm hoping he can do something decent. Me being sent over to the wrong side of the pennines for weeks at a time is not good for my mental state . I'm starting to forget what home looks like but I bet it will be so worth it in the end for both of them. God i'm bad when other people race. Who knows what i'll be like when mr is racing. Can't wait to see what the car is looking like when i get home. No pressure........ x

I know its a big ask but I am not gonna take my foot of the gas with this one. A majority of the fabrication is done now so we are into nut and bolt work and wiring which is the easy part. lets see what happens, should have a better idea by midweek.

The clock in the background gives away that this is a picture from ....yesterday... the chances of an early morning start on sunday are slimmmmm because church dont finish till 11.30am....

It is noted that, after a phone call presumably from Mrs Ells, his pink chops turned white, and he started jibbering on the phone. Then diisapeared as quick as Ace did in the stocks final.

after a good couple of weeks hard graft and countless hours at the lathe time has now left us behind so therefore It wont be out this weekend. I knew it was a tall order but all our efforts havent been wasted and good progress has been made so we will now aim for it to be out before the end of the season

i sure do but i dare not get to carried away this time

finally we are now off axel stands. after making watts linkages and other suspension parts, then remaking them as we were not happy and so on. We finished off tonight by starting the engine and gearbox mountings. Hopefully the build should progress quite quickly from now on.
